Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week (PFEW) is a life-changing, week-long summer program that transforms high school students into Pennsylvania’s next generation of leaders and innovators. Students live and experience life on a college campus while working in teams with a dedicated adult mentor to run a simulated company, make executive decisions, and navigate real-world challenges in marketing, finance, production, and innovation. Along the way, they gain confidence, leadership, and a deep understanding of our free enterprise system through hands-on, experiential learning that prepares them for college, career, and life.
