6:30pm     Group (divided by age) training session (Topics: 1v1-2v2 attacking & defending, speed of play, transition, finishing)
7:00pm     Talk/Break- Topics: Nutrition, sleep, college soccer & recruiting process
7:30pm     Small sided play
8:00pm     Closing
